How about we all get together(some of us) and make a good quest??
We can all take some parts to do!
I like doing forests so ill do the forests!
Some one can do the Normal world, some one can do desert and so on....
And we mark off there it gos and all that so you don't go to far, and to avoid mistakes, we take turns working on the quest!
This would be fun to do! And i think we should do it!
Around 5 ppl needed for this to be good icon_biggrin.gif
And if we to do this, we need to think of ideas and rules and so on.
My first idea is to use DOR os corse icon_biggrin.gif
So whos in?
More details will come if we do this!

Group quests often have a HUGE clash of styles and a lot of disorganization. Besides, you have to have some kind of idea of what the quest will be like. You can't just say "Lets make a quest," because nobody will know what they are getting themselves into.

Group quests I found are really hard to put together. But they should work if you have passionate people around you. But you can count me out as I have too much on my plate and don't want to open up projects that I wouldn't have a lot of time to do.

By the way, this is in the wrong thread, moves to Custom Quest Discussion.

Hey Aaron1046,don't be discouraged.Try to make a quest on you own first. That's what I'm gonna do.Shoelace is living proof that you can make an awesome quest on your own even if it's your first attempt.
HOD is one of the BEST quests I have ever had the pleasure to play.
Believe in yourself, work damn hard and you don't need anyone else. icon_wink.gif

I would too, ifit wasn't forthe experience diffrences.... Not that you are bad and not that I am SUPER... but from the screens I've seen from you, it would be a big design experience difference... And I also have two projects going on... one being my Lufia 4 tileset/Elder Scrolls quest(which I should start working on again soon) and the other being a quest that I'm doing with General_Fondue...so, no!

Of which the Lufia Tileset if f-in fantastic btw....I'm extremely excited about that coming out. It has a completely different look than the normal typical Zelda tilesets...

If you would have mentioned this in June, I would have been more than happy to help get this underway...I broke my hand....twice...then after the second time, didn't heal and I'm about to get my third cast off from surgery 2 weeks ago (plate and 5 screws holding my pinky bone together in my hand, not the appendage, the outside of my hand on the back.....4 1/2in incision, ouch).

Definitely, put out your own ideas for the world to see first. If people see how well you create your own magic, they would probably be less skeptical about helping.

Say for instance, if DFW or Shoelace asked for help, I would guarantee people would jump all over that opportunity because their work shows their worth...If you showed everyone the same thing....you get my drift.

Happy questing...good luck!
