This is for people to talk about metroid quests that have been released for 2.10
You may compiment, criticize, but not really INSULT them (you can as long as you dont get "kicked" by pure zc and the like)

Well I guess I didn't really like playing them because it was so limited in 2.10. You can't do side view jumping and most were just overhead and played like a zelda game.

With 2.5 Metroid and Mario games will be so much more practical and more like the games they are based off.

thats sounds pretty cool, i am thinking of making my own metroid quest, actually, i already started it. The csets dont really work with the tiles that well. but i can get past that, but i am more focused on the darness of hyrule right now

I liked both of the Metroid quests on the database. The problem I had with Metroid: Legends was that after a certain point in the game, you had the option to warp back, to see if you missed anything. However, then you couldn't get back to where you were. That's what stopped me from beating it, and I had no real intentions to play through it again.

Metroid: Mother Brain's Return is, contrary to popular belief, a good quest. Graphics suck, who cares? Play it and it's fun. Just... short.

Metroid: Flashback is undoubtedly the best Metroid quest that I have played. (I haven't played Exate's quests, so I wouldn't know) I nearly beat it, if it weren't for dying at Mother Brain, and losing all the items I needed.

As for Metroid: Flashback, http://zeldaclassic....idFlashback.zip

Good quest, worth a play.

It's still basically an Aquamentus, with custom graphics. Just shoot at it.

Well as the maker of "Mother Brain's Quest" i'd like to say that it's Mother Brains Return.

Speaking of Exate's, his XL-75 remake can be downloaded at his freewebs site.

http://www.freewebs.com/exate/zc.html

It's under 1.92 beta 183 quests. Haven't gotten very far in it, but it's pretty good, so far.

XL-75 Remake is my second favorite quest. It's totally kick-ass, and by far the highest quality quest ever made.
