I honestly didn't know about this item until I got a free SNES with a bunch of games. It came with two ALttP carts, one had a totally maxed out file which had the cape on it. If you don't know what it is, here is a video of it. Skip to 2:10 to see one of the ways of getting it or 5:40 to see it in action. It basically allows you to hide from monsters and go past certain obstacles, all the while gobbling up magic power.

Is anyone up for making this? I think it would be an awesome addition to the script database, and I would definitely use it. I guess what it would do is set the enemies' Homing Factor so that it no longer goes after Link, and then also allows Link to go through certain combos, or preferably combos with a flag placed over top of them. It could be paired up with the Lens of Truth, so that you'd have to look with the lens to see which walls you could go through. I can just see so much potential for this in ZC, but lack the means to create it.

The invisibility is easy- as IIRC there is Link->Invisible. (this may not be what you want... It makes Link COMPLETELY invisible) A Dummy LTM would also work.
Ghostliness is different. You would have to disable Link's damage hitbox. I have no idea how or if you can do that. Ignoring certain solidity is even more complicated.
Setting the Homing Factor is undefined (and may not work exactly as expected) but seems pretty reasonable as long as the script returns it after the cape is deactivated. You would also have to make sure that homing factors are not carried between screens.

Perhaps simply kill the homing factor (or set it to something very low, if that would give a better effect) and do an LTM to only show Link's shadow? Invincibility isn't really a must, and is actually kind of cheap. For a workaround for the going through solid objects, could it be made so that there are certain combos which are scripted to be solid unless the cape is in use?

Anyways, I really couldn't script this. But if someone else is up for the task it would be awesome.
