Too Far?

Another example is from San Diego. Atop Mount Soledad there can be seen a majestic cross that has been there for decades as part of a memorial of some sort. Now some want it removed because of its religious implications. How stupid is this?
But the Christmas one may be worse. Shops and stores are under pressure to be politically correct and say "Happy Holidays" instead of Merry Christmas to accomodate every 500 religions in America, including Islam... And nativity scenes at revered churches are under fire (not literal fire, at least not yet, anyway) because they show God and Christ. I am so tired of everybody making a big deal out of nativity scenes and Christ, the reason behind Christmas, while everybody remains silent on the growing number of Islamic and Buddhist temples going up. The Muslims bombed us on 9/11, yet no one from the ACLU wants to have their "Christmas" (or whatever the heck else they celebrate) memorabilia removed.
Please don't mistake the intent of this topic; it is not an attempt to smear anybody as far as liberal and conservative go...
These attacks and countless others seem illogical and unfair. They are always pointed at God and Christ, and never at Allah or Buddha. It is always the Bibles that are being removed from schools, but NO, we wouldn't dare remove the Korans.
And how about that teacher who used the Declaration of Independence in his classroom, yet was persecuted for using it because of its mentioning of God and a Creator and so forth. What kind of country is this where we can't even use an important document in our history lessons?
And some of these same nuts buy into the moral relativist garbage that says one cannot impose their views on others, and what's that key word? Tolerance. Yet what are they doing? They are imposing their viewpoints on the God-fearers by saying we cannot have God in school. If you believe in moral relativism, I call you to arms. Defend your beliefs here.
I am just upset at these attacks because they don't seem logical, constituional, or for the good of America. How does this better serve the public? Oh, can't have that cross there. Yay, now my taxes are lower! Yippee! The ACLU should be going into inner cities and examining the horrible schools and terrible conditions all around. Yet as far as I know they have not done so.
I am a religious, God-fearing American Christian, and I am getting fed up with these ridiculous attacks that are based around the ACLU's secular humanist viewpoints. I am going to be a leader one day, fighting against such ridiculous things. I will fight back for America.
And for the record, the seperation of church and state does not mean the word God can never appear in the Pledge of Allegiance. I am no politician, but I know of people who believe in God but do not go to church. The seperation of church and state was made to keep situations like Rome's Catholic control over Europe in mind, not the mentioning of God or the display of the Ten Commandments.
I think these nuts have gone too far, and they are not working for the good of Americans. I guarantee you, the majority of Americans would not have a problem with crosses and God and the Ten Commandments. I GUARANTEE it. The ACLU is supposed to help Americans...They are helping America to an early grave. The Founding Fathers would be appalled at their atrocious actions...

But yeah, these people suck. I'm probably just going to Japan in ten years or so, because I really don't want to live here in the US anymore.

And yeah, I find these same attacks absolutely disgusting. How much do want to bet that these same people probably have necklaces with crosses on them?
The next thing you know, math classes will be under attack for using +.

America was founded by people who were Christian (I...think, feel free to shoot me for sleeping through History) but they obviously didn't mind people not being Christian. (/whatever they were)
It makes me sick to see America just turning into nothing but the media. They want people to be soulless robots and to get money from them.

ie: the famous sermon Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God.
I would like to take the time to formally apologise for the man who wrote this sermon. True Christianity does not promote such anger.

I wish we could keep something as trivial as religion confined to those who wish to practice it, and leave those who don't care out. Look at it this way. I don't want to see the 10 commandments in front of you country's capital... But I doubt you would like to see a flaming cross staue there either... or a pentagram, or somehting from another religious book...
Again just becuase a certain religion doesn't get its way, it must cry about it. As far as I'm concerned, they should say "happy holidays" instead of "merry christmas"... Christians wouldn't like it if holliday signs said something else like "Happy Hanukha", or something like that...
I also think that it is stupid that people can't believe what they want without being atacked for it... whats happneing here? But hey. I'll admit, I'm not helping, but I'm sick and tired of having the bibble shoved down my throat!
So... for the most part, I (try) ignore it...

And for those who will accuse me of being a Christian who threatens with violence: Fighting is not only done in the ring, it can also be done in the courtrooms.
And I have never heard of any Christians having problems with "Happy Hannukah."
And you said that just because a certain belief does not get it's way, it must cry about it. What the heck do you think you are doing? Your faith (or lack thereof) is not being followed, and you are thus complaining about it.

I don't really care about what they do to the crosses or those stupid 10 commandments. The only thing I care about is myself and my life. Instead of getting rid of all these torture-t's we should take all Jehovah Witnesses and lock them in prison. I hate them with a full heart.
And don't start whining about not being able to pray. You guys can pray to whatever gods you have on your own time. We don't want to hear your prayers and ****.
Also, Allah is the same god as the ones Christian worship. Christians, Jews, Muslims, and Catholics all worship the same god. Like it or not, that's the truth. And, also, Buddhists don't worship Buddha.. before anybody says that they do.
EDIT: Let me show you what your "duty" sounds to people who don't care:
WACKY, WAVING, ARM-FLAILING, INFLATABLE TUBEMEN!
WACKY, WAVING, ARM-FLAILING, INFLATABLE TUBEMEN!
WACKY, WAVING, ARM-FLAILING, INFLATABLE TUBEMEN!
WACKY, WAVING, ARM-FLAILING, INFLATABLE TUBEMEN!
WACKY, WAVING, ARM-FLAILING, INFLATABLE TUBEMEN!
WACKY, WAVING, ARM-FLAILING, INFLATABLE TUBEMEN!
WACKY, WAVING, ARM-FLAILING, INFLATABLE TUBEMEN!
WACKY, WAVING, ARM-FLAILING, INFLATABLE TUBEMEN!
WACKY, WAVING, ARM-FLAILING, INFLATABLE TUBEMEN!
WACKY, WAVING, ARM-FLAILING, INFLATABLE TUBEMEN!
WACKY, WAVING, ARM-FLAILING, INFLATABLE TUBEMEN!
Et al.
EDIT2: A Muslim's belief tells them that if they kill infidels they get to heaven. The more they kill, the better they are in the eyes of their gods. With your logic they should have the right to kill Atheists, Christians, Catholics, and everyone else who isn't Muslim. That is, after all, what their belief system ASKS them to do.

Quit trying to spread your lies!!!
I am sick of people telling me all this crap about something I don't worship, believe in, or even care about... I will ignore all of these lies, so your pressing is all in vain! But go ahead and have fun trying to change me. I really enjoy proving people wrong.
This is what I mean... something as subjective as religion can't even be talked about... Honestly, I think it should all be kept private... No religious content from any religion or creed should apply to any form government... That is why these "morals" are all ****ed up...They are not my "practicle Christain morals" so **** them! I won't listen to them...

Exactly how many Christians (and that includes Catholics) and Jews have you seen in public with dynamite strapped onto them?
And Catholics worship the Virgin Mary first. Last time I checked, she wasn't God.
