The wiki at shardstorm.com/ZCwiki should have some info on them. What items specifically are you wondering about?
* Scrolls: Give you the ability to perform special moves.
- Spin attack: charge sword once
- Hurricane attack: charge twice (requires spin)
- Quake and super quake: charge hammer to stun enemies (quake is required for s. quake)
- Cross beams: shoots 4 beams from spin/hurricane
- Peril beam: shoots beams at low health
* Roc's feather: allows you to jump
* Cane of Byrna: drains magic to make a destructive ring that protects you
* Quivers: used with the true arrows rule
* Bomb/arrow ammo: increases bomb/arrow count but doesn't give you the classic bomb/arrow item
Any other items you wanted to know?

Glad I could help. Even better than the built-in items are the items you can create yourself. I just can't wait 'till you can make new item classes without scripting.

Lots of new items here

You can, just means having a slightly different script (or set of input arguments) for each item in the class.
