I like this because:

This makes it a good bit more difficult to break that rule and can potentially stop any Spammers or Trolls from flooding the Forums, which seems to be happening more often then it used to, on a few different forums I know of.

Also, I think that the Marquee text is a great idea for SOME things, but it has great potential as a real annoyance.

You can flip the Mario image with GIF Movie Gear to make him run to the left instead of moonwalk. icon_razz.gif
