I need a script for 2.55 Alpha 48...
I want the the ring effects to be temporary and to be activated by pressign "B" Button.
Postet a related content in "zquest editor help", cause I thought it was possible when
I saw the timer, cost and whimsy sound attributes, for the whimsical ring.
But it seems I was wrong.
So is it possible to make an item script for the rings types (expecting armor rings - blue/red/gold)
that alows to use rings this way:
Select ring on active subscreen (close active subscreen)
Press "B" (Game play sound, to prove Ring effect (+ duration timer) started)
In case of whimsical ring the "1 in X" chance of "attack + x".
Deduct magic costs from counter.
Now the player can choose another Item on active subscreen
(duration timer is paused while active subscreen is open)
Perhaps adding a second sfx (constant or D0-7 variable), when the ring effect stops (timer zero)
Maybe a custom Item (dummy whimsical ring), that calls the whimsical effect via active script
