I just went back and check what level 5 of the tower was, you hookshot those white blocks

Sometimes you can use your boomerang to get items like keys

Then where is the room with the key?

Suspcious rooms

 

I've completed both of them

The suspicious room on the left is a trap room. It's entire intent is to kill you.

 

The eye statue requires the dungeon item to progress.

Did you find a room with a big chest that you couldn't open? If so, did you kill all of the enemies in it? Occasionally there are enemies hidden inside the walls to act as hidden switches. The mirrors hint at something being there.

There are some bombable walls in floor 5 of the tower that allows you to get around that pit

Ok I'll try that, I thought the inside of the walls looked kinda funny

Found one key in dungeon six, where is the other?  I got the key on the lower right corner.

The other key is hidden in the swampy area in the southwest corner.

I'm just wondering but is the mysterious sword the same as the mystic sword?

 

That black knight hero guy told me to go to his grave and get the mystic sword, but i already went there and got the "mysterious" sword, I shot a grave in the wasteland but it only got me a piece of heart

The mystic sword is the equivalent to the master sword and the mysterious sword is the lvl 3 sword. just names given to them since you are not in hyrule anymore.

ok, so I guess his grave must be somewhere else, and also there's signs that point to some castle but it's nowhere to be found

to get the lvl 4 sword he points you back to the tomb where you gotten the lvl 3 sword

I wonder if there are any other keys in level 6 other than those 2?

There is only 2 keys but 3 dungeon items that can be found there.

That's odd since you need 3 keys to get everything in level 6.
