Oh look, another Three Crests update. This update is going to cover a variety of things, so I'll let some screenshots do the talking for a start:
In a huge milestone, Level 2 is completed bar the boss room, and some bug fixes. Special thanks to everyone who's been testing and reporting bugs, feedback and everything else to me over on the alsoLIONsoft dev server!
Another mini-dungeon has been completed as well, and a few twists and turns have led to the point where there's only one mini-dungeon left after all this time! It feels crazy knowing that, and that this quest's development is slowly moving towards the finish line more each day.
With the 2.55 subscreen overhaul came a second subscreen rework for Three Crests, as well:
How good is that this is all native now? You can cycle through the subscreens with the L and R keys and select everything on them to see what the name of specific things are. No more F6ing either - you can only save from the menu.
Finally, this might be the biggest throwback to the Oracle games yet:
Golden Darknuts? In my Zelda Classic? It's more likely than you think.
