How do I get traps to work? I've tried putting them into the screen enemy box and placing an "Enemy 0" flag down, but they didn't spawn at all. Then, I tried placing a "Trap 4-Way" flag down. That worked, but the trap passes through solid combos! I've never used traps before, and now that I need them, I can't place any. Help!

EDIT: Not enemy editor... screen enemies. Sorry for the confusion

There's a quest rule that makes traps pass through solid objects, I believe it's the mean placed traps rule.
There are two other types of traps, the screen flag traps where you use the flag to place the trap and the enemy flag traps that place them for you, like center traps or in the corners.
I don't quite know how you would made them work in the enemy editor.
You can also name a combo a trap, and then place that combo on the screen.

I thought it was phantom placed traps... Mean placed does... something else... I think the traps don't bounce off each other when that rule is checked.

Mean placed traps allows the traps to cross the entire room vise half way.
The phantom placed traps rule was removed with 2.5.

I appear to have this issue with one the quests I'm working on. No matter which rule I check or uncheck, the traps still go through solid objects. The continuous traps don't though.

So it's a bug then? I'm using the latest Windows build... 624, I think.

They don't go through no fly zone combos. At least, not in 2.10. I haven't tried this in a newer beta, but I'm guessing it's still relevant.

Nope. Doesn't work. icon_frown.gif I tried using comboed traps, but that produced the same results.

ARGH I fixed it. Stupid Mean Traps rule that sneaks its way to enabled...
