The rules are simple:

Step 1: Accept congratulation, answer question.
Step 2: Congratulate next poster.
Step 3: Ask them what they plan to do with their accomplishment.

For example:

Random Imaginary Poster before me: Congratulations!! You just became president of PureZC! What is your first course of action?

Me: Thank you Random Imaginary Poster! The first thing I intend to do is fire TS and keep him fired until he changes his name to TheBob!
