No - For 2 reasons

1) It's too small.

2) Nothing personal, but I don't really see the use of having a baby smilie.

How do you make them animated do you need a special probram? if so what do you recomend? and how do you post them?

Any run of the mill gif animator will do it for ya.. I use Microsoft gif animator, but it's tough to find.

As for how you post them.... Well, most people have webpages.. They link to it, or use img code to post it.
