I Jason am most recommendably looking for a hosting service that permits unlimited storage of data per month and also the person can link to each download where anyone can download that downloadable file the user uploaded without creating any account.

While not having unlimited storage, I use Google Drive to host my quest demos and ogg files and it works pretty well!
