i try to make tile warps but i get a black square thatLink can;t go in, i don't know what to do

I seems you messed up the solidity of that combos. Try to make them walkable or at least partially walkable.
You can configurate this settings, when you right click on these combos in the list and chose the option "Edit Combo".

Use DMap-, Screen numbers to move from one screen to another.
You also have to take care for correct warp returns.
Set Warp returns A-D by using the blue squares, not the green arrival square.
First you have to define wich map is used by the DMap, you want to warp to.
Sorry for bad english.

That tutorial shows a very old version, which you should ***NOOOOOT*** use. You should use the current 2.53 or 2.55 version, available from zeldaclassic.com/downloads
