The main loose end is getting sound to work for Linux users.

Anything being done about this ZC 2.2 idea? Would be a real shame if this is just forgotten.

It will be great for Mac and Linux users who wish to play pre 2.50 quests on their system with a stable build.

By the way, I found two quests that actually have a problem with the Lost Isle build, as in making them unbeatable: The first is A Link to the Heavens, by Pineconn, a 2.10 quest. In Level 4, a key won't open the first locked door, which appears to be a locked door leading to stairs. I confirmed this with a help thread, where it seems to have this same problem with earlier 2.5 builds. Also, it might be iffy with some 1.90 quests. Revenge 2 had shops appear in weird places they shouldn't, as in overworld screens. Other than that, all other quests from 2.10 and earlier that I tried have been beatable. It might be a good idea to get more volunteers to try playing some 1.92 and 2.10 quests in the Lost Isle build. 1.90 quests might be a dangerous bet, but they can be tried too. Most quests I have tried seem to be fine, but there are a few exceptions. They all certainly start up without a problem. But if any particular problems can be confirmed, or any new ones found, that could help for some future reference.

I haven't had any problems with anything from the 1.92 and above myself, aside from the quest icon being set to the first tile in the sheet. I've played through Insert Quest Title Here, Link's Birthday DX and First Quest Revamp without any problems. (FQR had the icon messed up, but nothing besides that.) I also started playing James Quest on it and haven't had any noticable problems. (Aside from the icon bug.) However, playing through LBDX made me notice that it appears the lense doesn't show bombable walls. Maybe it's just me, but I haven't seen a single bombable wall revealed through the lens.
