Yay for starting one of these topics.
In this game; 12 fighters from the Super Smash Bros series are pitted against each other in a big epic stock battle until the last one is left standing. You, as the player, can choose to Attack a fighter, removing 1 stock from them, and Recover another fighter, giving them 1 stock. Each fighter starts off with 3 Stock, and are considered defeated when their stock total reaches 0. You can not Attack or Recover a defeated fighter.
When you defeat a fighter, you gain the ability to execute a Final Smash on a fighter, removing 2 stock from any fighter without healing another fighter. However, if you defeat a fighter with a Final Smash, you do not gain another one to use. You can only have one Final Smash at a time. While not mandatory, I encourage the use of fancy names for any Final Smashes you use. Alternatively, you can use a Super Flag on them, which will give a fighter 2 stock without hurting another fighter. Just remember that using a Super Flag will use up your Final Smash.
In order to make your actions, you post in this thread to say which actions you are doing and who you are targeting. There is a 12 hour cooldown between each player's actions. You may not make any Healmores or Hurtmores or the likes (except via Final Smash or Super Flag), but I will be turning up the heat by turning on the Half Fighter Defeated Rules once half of the fighters are Defeated or when things are starting to slow down in general. You also may not edit who you Attack, Recover, Final Smash or use a Super Flag once you post to reduce confusion.
Half Fighter Defeated Rules:
When half of the fighters are Defeated in a stock battle, the following rules are put into play:
- You can make an action once every 6 hours as opposed to every 12 hours.
- When you have no Final Smashes/ Super Flags, you will gain one when you make 5 Attack and Recovers. Your progress towards getting one will be displayed alongside the players who have them.
Tiebreaker & Mercy Rule:
When there are only two fighters remaining in the stock battle and there is a clear stalemate between the two fighters (eg. neither Fighter's stock are going down much within a long period of time), the fighter with more stock will be declared the winner. If both fighters have the same amount of stock at the time the rule is invoked, it will take effect after 5 more actions are made. During this time Final Smashes or Super Flags can not be used.
Additionally, if one of the two fighters have a clearly large margin in stock (eg. 10 stock difference) and it appears to remain that way for significant period of time, the one with the higher stock is declared the winner.
Post Limit Rule:
When this thread reaches the 1000 post thread cutoff point, the fighter with the highest stock at the time when the staff close the thread will be declared the winner by default.

Attack Mario
Recover Luigi
To start off with, I will be throwing in the roster from the original game for the sake of simplicity and to keep this round short. If there is enough attention, I may set up a second round that consists of characters from later games.
