And considering you are indeed jurgin99, posting from a college library in Illinois, after breaking the rules by starting another account to evade your ban...I believe that you will be banned longer now, most likely permanently.
What you did earlier was flame someone, as well as post things that didn't make sense, and harass someone by PM. Generally we don't appreciate that much here.
