so don't touch cset 14?

I wanted some 8bit color enemies. so it can't be done? or easy? like just for clothing on Ganon?

Oh 8-bit can be easily done for enemies, but Aquamentus, Gleeok, Digdogger, Digdogger Kids, Ganon, and Gleeok 2 seem to be the exceptions which can only use their ESPalettes.

You can still make them 8-bit, even if they nominally use ESP. They'll still load their CSets, but they don't have to use them.

I suspect the reason they insist on using boss palettes is that you're not changing their CSets. If you uncheck the box and click OK while they're still on CSet 14, it'll check it again automatically.

Doesn't changing the Enemy Editor's Pal CSet simply change which ESPalette CSet is loaded in to slot 14?

Even if I change the CSet the box rechecks itself.

I don't see how you can tell the the aforementioned bosses to use colors other than whatever's loaded into CSet 14.

I meant click the tile and change the CSet there, not in the Pal CSet field.

EDIT: You're right Saffith, 8-bit color works on those bosses. Turns out I was editing the "Old" enemy sprites when my quest is actually using the "New" enemy sprites. No wonder I didn't see any change!

I'm pretty sure that is all they do. ESP 3-5 are pretty much Gannonbound. I just had to. :D

Here's some info I've compiled on ESPs from my own threads, and help topics: ESP 0 is for Aquamentus, ESP 1 is for Digdogger (and Kids), and ESP 2 is for Gleeok. 6-8 Are Tunics, and all the other are available for use with custom enemies with the 'Use Pal Cset' rule checked. The number entered is the extra sprite c-set they will use, and if it is left at "-1" the enemy will use the main palette's cset 14 by default, instead of the c-set you may have selected via the tile selector.
