Well, If your going to download it, visit Shardstorm.com Download build 809, because the latest builds romview wont open.

And, do what you think is best. If you make it 2.10, it will be usable by most people, but if its 2.5, there would be a bit better stuff to it.

Make a 2.10 and a 2.5 version. Make the 2.10 your basic tileset, and make the 1.5 version have things like scripts that make the tileset work better. At least, that's what I'm doing with my EB tileset.

That is a great idea, Russ. But lets not forget about 1.92

Who honestly uses 1.92 anymore? I don't think it needs a 1.92 version.

I think that this tlieset will be structured like the new DoR-compatible with 2.10 and 2.5. As for 1.92, I'm still thinking about that.
I did't know you guys were so interested in this...I'll get to work ASAP.

I'll get to work on some Fire Red graphics. Anything you want me to do first, TP?

=====EDIT=====

And... I have NO idea how to use RomView so... if anyone has any hints, let me know. All I can do is open a GBA file, but it comes up as a bunch of different colored pixels... I can click on a line and an F comes up... Right-click on the line and the 'F' disappears... Any help?

Sorry I'm replying so late...I had school and stuff.
Thanks for offering to help, AgentLym-If possible, can you work on the ground and terrain? I'll try to work on the sprites and the items, possibly the overworld Pokemon as well. What I'd like is for someone to tell us how ROMView works, 'cause I want to get pallettes over with.

A'ight. I've finished most of these sprites, getting them ready to be ripped, but the palettes are posing a problem... And I can't open my Fire Red rom... in an emulator, btw.

Also, just to straighten things up, Diamond and Pearl overworlds are almost ALL 3-D. I think the only things that might not be are... the battle sprites and items... And I think the people are 2-D also. But the environment is all 3-D... so that'll be hard to rip.

And, T. Platinum, do you know how you want your palettes set up? I think I'm gonna have to make a separate c-set for trees and stuff, cause the ground, rocks, and grass take up too many colors. icon_razz.gif

That would work perfectly, AgentLym.
As for Diamond and Pearl, I found their graphics somewhere in 2-d, so once I find them I'll show them to you guys.

EDIT:I found them...but they're huge...and too colorful...
D/P Overworld

They might work...maybe.
