Eww! I don't think I'd want to eat it, but...
Remove the turtle meat & saute it along with the cow eyes, then place them in the turtle shell to cook in the oven while frying the frog legs. (I just read that turtle meat is very nutritious, BTW.)

Turtle & beef eye on the half shell, served with French-Fried Frog Legs! (Remember the Muppet Movie anyone?
