In zelda: hyruin quest can someone please advise where I can get the ladder. I’m in level 3 and can’t get past certain rooms

It's behind a walk-through wall in the upper right of level 3. Hope that helps.

Thanks! Still trying to figure out how to get to the upper right. In the beginning there isn’t much to do. I assume I have to move a block and take a passage
