I would like to know:

How to assign sfx to enemies/items/weapons, like getting the wand to play a certain sound when used

How to properly use the enemy editor

How to assign different attributes to weapons like giving the wand the ability to stun an enemy while keeping it's firepower.

So I was wondering if anyone can help me with this?

There are no official beta tutorials. There's been a lot of talk about making one, but to the best of my knowledge, it either hasn't been started or hasn't been finished. You can check the stickied topics at the top of this page... they'll contain most of what you're looking for.
