I was only asked to make them taller 
I assumed they were supposed to be used to make enemies that might, say, fit in with 16x32 sized Link, such as aLttP soldiers or something.
If you want to make them wider aswell, go and have a look in zscript.txt, and add a few lines to increase the width at the end of the other ones.
It's literally about a 2 minute job.
