Can someone please inform me of the quest rules:
1)Fade Cset 5,
2)Fix Link's Position in Dungeons,
3)Smooth Vertical Scrolling,
4)Mean Placed Traps,
5)Walk-affected Combos are Linked together,
6)Sword/Wand Flip Fix,
7)Full Priority Damage Combos,
8)Warps Ignore Arivval X/Y Position,
9)Use Warp Return Points Only,
10)Layers 1 and 2 are drawn under caves,
11)Use Old-Style Warp Detection,
12)Enemies jump/fly through Z-axis
13)More Sound Effects (which ones, specifically),
14)Boomerang/Hookshot Grabs All Items (does this apply to ones placed on the screen in Zquest and special items in opened chests?),
15)Messages Freeze All Action (don't they do that anyway?),
16)Subscreen Appears Above Sprites,
17)Correct Offset Enemy Weapon Detection

6)Sword/Wand Flip Fix - rotates the sword and wand's left and downward stab
7)Full Priority Damage Combos - as soon as you touch one, or if you land on one via a warp, you get damaged.

10)Layers 1 and 2 are drawn under caves, if you have any of these layers with a combo on top of a cave combo, you'll walk above it while going down.

12)Enemies jump/fly through Z-axis, with the addition of the Roc's Feather, there needed to be a Z Axis. Enemies jump/ fly in the Z-Axis.
13)More Sound Effects (which ones, specifically), Bushes, grass, and I'm not sure which other ones.
14)Boomerang/Hookshot Grabs All Items (does this apply to ones placed on the screen in Zquest and special items in opened chests?), Yes
15)Messages Freeze All Action (don't they do that anyway?), Not nessicarily, Message Strings weren't supposed to occur in rooms with Enemies. Without this rule checked, only Link would freeze. This is basicly, more or less, for message string-based scripts(such as the NPC/Sign script.)
16)Subscreen Appears Above Sprites, some enemies, when they jump, can appear over the subscreen. This fixes that.
17)Correct Offset Enemy Weapon Detection-in the original NES game, vertical moving weapons missed Link sometimes. This rule fixes that glitch.

3) Without this checked, when Link goes to a screen above or below him it's not a smooth transition.
