Hello, folks. I was just in the process of becoming a Penguin & Pie fanboy, and was going to download 1.92 beta 182, but the Zelda Classic Site and AGN busted their bandwidths, and Shardstorm skips from 177 to 192, so I wanted to know if you all knew anyother good sources.

1.92 Beta 182 and the Shardstorm builds are completely different (the latter are far newer).

Why 182, anyway? if I recall, it had a few 'debug' keys in the player and was quickly replaced by the more popular 183.

anyway the only place i know where to get
Zelda Classic 1.92 Build 182 or 183 (the latter is better) is Zeldaclassic.com but becasue of the bandwith you can't get it.

anyway dosen't 2.5 play 1.92 quest perfely.

I wanted 182 cuz' that's what the Penguin and Pie Tileset supposedly uses. I know from experience that it bugs up often in 2.10(.2), too.

184 is the "improved" version of 182. Everything built in 182 plays fine in 184, so that would be your best bet.

Downloading 184 gives you ZC 1.92 b184 and ZQ 1.92 b183.

You won't find that version on shardstorm, shardstorm is the changelog for the latest beta, ie. the changes on ZC 2.5 build 17, and 182 is version 1.92 beta.

Or so I understand.

Hasn't anyone noticed that the beta 184 upgrade is only for the ZC player?

Even if you use version 1.92 beta 184 to play quests, the version of ZQuest that goes along with it is version 1.92 beta 182.

In other words, if you download any ver1.92 package labeled beta 182, 183, or 184, it will have the correct version of ZQuest to open the Penguin & Pie tileset.

(I've never heard of this tileset, actually...)
