Does anyone know how to start the quest with one magic container collected, so magic weapons can be used right away?, thank you

Under Init Data set Magic Start and Max. In older versions this was under the Misc tab, but more recently has been moved to the Counters tab instead for consistency. To set it to a certain number of containers you need to account for the MP Per Block, which by default is 32. So say you wanted to start with 3 containers, that'd be 96 MP.
