I voted for Shane. That's a very good and well thought out town. Tree's is also nice but there is a lot of repetition in that screen.

Thanks to everyone who voted for me. The map is a part of a quest that will be announced over at the upcoming Expo.

Tree, your map is pretty awesome. It looks like something I want to explore in a quest.

Tree's is also nice but there is a lot of repetition in that screen.

I see what you mean, and I wish I could do something about it, but with such a limited selection of swamp-like tiles, it's kinda hard to change things up once your map starts expanding.

Once I get back into the Zquest mood, I'll see if I can mess around and make it less samey. My excuse for now is that nature tends to grow in patterns, so I was just trying to emulate that... (Lame excuse, I know...)

@Shane - Thanks~ Hopefully, you will be exploring it sometime in the future before Zquest is forgotten and everyone's moved on to Elder Scrolls creator... Oh yeah, and your map is swell as well, though, the palette looks more like a cloudy afternoon than midnight. I guess that's not really a criticism on the design, but I couldn't help but mention it  :nerd:

Both maps are a bit small, but they still look great! :D

I voted for tree. I never saw such a well designed swamp. :)

I voted for Shane. Really nice looking village! That use of FireBird is magnificent. Tree's map also looks really nice but the trees on the swamp water look a little odd to me, but nonetheless, still a good map.
