On Zeldaclassic.com under History, are these builds downloadable? Are they the same ones at shardstorm?

Ah, yes they are. The last time I was on the official website, it only had the old betas, like, pre-2.10 betas. 
But now that Pineconn picked up the website, it's in much better shape.
