For some reason my computer recently started to beep and click when it loads stuff like cds and programs.
I mean I don't know to much about the computer besides it has two cd drives one is a cd burner that doesn't work and a disk drive and a couple usb ports on the front. It runs just fine but I just thought it could lead to a serious problem or something and thought I should probably ask about it. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

Well, it might have been a head crash, but I doubt it was since a head crash usually causes enough damage that you'd know immediately.

The clicking is normal, but you hear a system beep? O_o That's not right...

It could be that you have a sound set to play upon programs loading. (Check the Sounds & Audio Devices control panel.)

I doubt that, though.
