I used the broken bridge tiles from twilight knight and now my bombs are discolored and my round A and B button things are too. here is a picture

My sword is discolored too...
i used cset 7

ohh cset seven building tile csets are 1,2, and some others

so you're saying that i should have grabbed the cset and put it on cset 1 or 2?

If you go changing csets then everything colored with that cset in your quest will be changed.
csets 0 and 1 are used for many things like the hearts, message string, bombs etc., so if you change them be prepared to recolor everything that uses them.

Typically, people use CSets 5, 7, and 8 for items. They can use CSet 6, but if they need to change CSet 6 to use different Link tiles, then that'll mess up the items that use CSet 6.

Also, different palettes usually have different CSets 2, 3, 4, and 9. If you're on a screen with a different palette, that'll change the items if they use any of those four CSets.
