Is there a way to make it so that Link can push blocks even though there are enemies on the screen?

Yes, you could place push flags on combos that are not set to Push (wait), Push (heavy, wait), or Push (very heavy, wait). As those are the only 3 combo types that require you to kill all enemies.

Thanks. Also, how do you make lock blocks that activate secrets when unlocked?

Use lock block copycats. When a lock block in the room is unlocked, they'll change into secret combos.

They'll change into the combo on the right of them infact, not 'secret combos'.
