Is there a certain way to rip tiles from say a super nintendo rom? Because what I do is take a picture then if there is something that would need layered I would copy that thing and erase the background is ther a progaram or some better way to do this?

No, I don't think theres a better way to do that.

Well, I found a better way yesterday. I use Zsnes and I disable certain layers that way i dont have to erase the backgrounds.
