Okay well I'm a noob and I don't know how to use tilesets downloaded on your own quests on Zquest.
Can someone help?

If the tileset is in a .zgp file, open ZQuest, go to File->Import->Graphics Pack, and select the tileset file. The "gp" in ".zgp" stands for "Graphics Pack," or so I assume.
If it's a .qst file, go to ZQuest, and simply Open it as you would a quest, and then save it as your new quest name.
