Basically the part where you leave. I have the sword, bombs. But all I see is just moblins, and ropes. What am I suppose to do next? Is there some kind of entrance to leave the ship?
And there's a few closed door that I dunno how to open them as well. (in ship)

after you get the sword you can go up the stairs near where you get the sword and fight the moblin boss to end the ship starting area

there are stairs that lead upward near the room where you get your sword and that leads to the end of the level. you could not enter it prior to the battle scene it gave a message and kicked you back inside of the ship.
for more help to see how to get off the ship Melee Wizard and SCKnuckles have done a play through.

Ok I need help again, I just beat level 5 and is there any chance a bigger bag of rupees? Like I need 300 to get the fast bow and I can't manage to find it. Can you help me out?

The second rupee bag was in the mini game in the starting town, the largest rupee bad will require you to push heavier stones which you are real close to getting.

Is the amulet essential to progress in the later levels? If so I think I'm done. I've tried probably 10 times using the hook shot to stun the wall master but I can't get past it. Truthfully, I love this quest. It's sadistic enough that you have to deal with the invisible wall masters but the fact that it takes you back to the beginning of level 6 every time is too frustrating. I've already beat level 6 without it and assuming it's not essential in later levels I think I'll just bypass it.

There is a trick not to get the wall masters not to spawn in level 6 if you hug the inside walls, so you can control their spawn rate. The Hookshot is the preferred method on how to deal with them along with hugging the inside walls. That room does not have enemies respawn flag set so if you kill some they will eventually not spawn there anymore. The amulet will help a lot in the next area but if you are good at seeing invisible enemies you will just fine.
Note: That is the only time you will have to deal with those guys.

How soon can one obtain a Heart Container Piece in a chest lying in an underground cave just west of Juno (town)? Is the Ladder the only requirement, or is there another way around the white blocks?

Any idea of why you randomly take 4 hearts of damage at some points? Melee got hit a few times I think in part 19 of his LP. I got hit like that in a random spot in the southeast corner, but didn't see any specific combo to have caused that damage.

Yeah I do not know why it does it, they do not show up when I scan for damage tiles in the quest editor but I will remove them when they are discovered. Removed a ton of them in the recent update. There also will be another update in the future to fix a few other things that were brought to my attention.
