Ah, congratulations, skate. Now to solve your problem, all you have to do is place your garbage can next to your bed. (I'm not joking.) Place a box of tissues on one side of it, (Assuming you're next to a wall or something.) and your garbage can on the other, as close to the bed as you can, ... and you'll have a mental safeguard against that sort of thing. It's odd, but it works. ... I rarely end up in the garbage can. It's always good for a laugh when it happens though.
