Usually fellow questmakers are the harshest critics, so it's great to see that you enjoyed the quest so much.
Though your name is on the ending credits, I wish I would have been able to make a special mention of you because of the SFX help and all... :\
BH4:
Okay, so you have only found a few keycards. Many of the Lv4 keycards are very well hidden... did you know that you can bomb those cracked computers on the southern part of B1 floor?
And if you really can't find all the keycards, then you should go hunting for the 2 extra keycards that are hidden behind the new secret statues (another one is in a cave near Light's Lab and another in Torlabs HQ's Wily's Lab...)

L2 Shadow Boomerang
Max of 16 bombs
Missle Chip / normal Missles
I HAD a double energy tank, but I used them up at the Secret Facility. Now that I remember, I have to go back there and pick up that one that I left. Also one at the dome.
Protoman's Whistle
Silver Armor
Strength Chip (or whatever it was called)
L2 Lightsaber
7 Energy units + 3 pieces
2 Triforce pieces
An extra keycard from behind the Skull Man statue
My time is 8:24-ish and I have 23 deaths, most of which were from the Secret Facility.
I'm pretty sure I beat the Power Plant completely, and I beat the dome place with the password and whatnot. I think I only got 3 heart pieces there though. I also did the Forest and Secret Facilty. I checked the entire city like ...5 times, and I'm fairly certain I have everything there, unless I'm missing something from the Casio Casino or hotel. I also don't know what to do in the Dragon's Lair, or whatever the original dungeon was called. I can't get past the blocks on that first screen.
What else did I do... The garage, lots of parts of the cave, several parts of the sewers, the guessing game at Lapin town, and I checked out the South before getting the strength chip. I need to go back. At this point, I'm stuck. I know I have to get the Buster somehow, and that I need to go to the Port. I was there once, and there was nothing there, and now I can't figure out how to get back.
One last thing - glitches I've encountered. Against certain bosses (Wind Man, the two Aquamentus robots), if you die you will reappear in a weird version of the normal level. I'm sure you're aware of this, and that there is no real way to fix it, but I'm listing it anyway.
When inputting the code in Level 2, I somehow warped to the title screen, and it played through the entire game intro. When it ended, I was in Dr. Light's lab. I got worried that the game had somehow reset itself, so I just turned it off.
Not a big deal - in Lapin Town, there is an undercombo issue in the more bombs room. The desks in the back become brown squares when slashed.
BTW: I have to mention, the secret facility was absolutely amazing. I might sound like a huge suck-up, and I don't deny it, but it was just extremely cool. Great job with that level. I have to ask though, how did you make those enemies like the fan guys that you have to shoot missles at? I'm assuming its a bunch of enemies crammed into a spot with a picture of the enemyon a layer over it, but it seems like more than that to me. Also, what were those things that shoot lasers in 4 directions at once? I noticed that the boomerang stunned them, but I don't know what kind of enemies they could be.

Dragon's Lair is level 7... so forget about that right now. The MegaBuster... you have to head into the mines, but I forgot how exactly. Try checking those random maps in the OW and find your way up there. The megabuster is not needed to progress right now until level 5, it's just an extra.
You'll want to take the sewer access. Somewhere sout down there, there is a block blocking progress (a bridge is behind it). Push the block out of the way now that you have the power chip. Then, go right and eventually you'll fidn your way out of the sewers into MegaCity's harbor... continue on and you'll find level 3, the M/S Mariel.

I've died 5 times, 4 on the bosses, 1 to the normal enemies (what a surprise there).
Where is the Lv. 2 Saber, curious?
BTW, a little review bases on what I've seen:
+'s:
Graphics (best I've seen ever)
Effort (unmatched)
Difficulty (finally, a non-JQ quest that can be a bit difficult)
-'s:
Execution and awkwardness (some of the stuff doesn't come off well at all)
Cutscenes in the beginning
Slow start
Custom bosses are unapparent in some of their weaknesses, causing in unnecessary deaths
Length (3 maps for Lv. 3? A little big if I'd say so)
Overall so far: 6.5/10. Not nearly in the same pile of junk I've played, but it's still got a while to go compared to some old-school quests in total package. I'll let 'ya know later how this matches up.

BH4:
Hmm, I hope you have enough keycards so that you can follow these instructions: Find your way to the southern part of B1 floor. Then start going east and you should come to a block puzzle room. When you reach the southeast corner of B1 floor, don't go up the stairs if you have been there already, but instead go one screen to north, then west and then north again. You see a shutter and some unreachable enemies. Well, just kill all the enemies and the shutter opens. Go north and you start seeing locked doors. There will be 4 locked doors and 1 keycard ahead, so if you have 3 keycards, you can reach the mini boss room now.
Jish:
I can say you're doing pretty well. The average of deaths after the 2 first levels has been about 20, and the time somewhere around 6 hours.
To help you, well Polygon already mentioned the sewer access. To be more specific, you have to enter the sewer access that is in the northwest corner of Mega City (south from the Lab). Go through the sewers and when you're back in the harbor, just go east and you'll end up in the next level which is the big cruiser m/s Mariel.
And what you said about the Secret Facility, there's nothing wrong to praise a level if you honestly think that it is so good. And there also isn't anything wrong in disliking a level if you honestly think it's a bad one. But how I did the "custom enemies" at the Facility? Well, you got most of it right: Enemies behind a layer... and some more things. It sounds easy but it is really complicated. If you forget even one thing, the custom enemies don't work properly.
James:
Well, MMDWR is a very different and unique quest, so I don't blame you if the quest feels akward to you. But obviously it's akward to you in a bad way when usually to other people it is akward in a good way. But if these kind of quests aren't your cup of tea, I don't complain. Instead, I appreciate it a lot that you're still playing the quest, and if you some day can finish it, I hope your opinion will change.
But to help you, the Lv2 Light Saber is in a secret mini level near the second dome. Just follow the road through the overworld and before the broken bridge in the west, go north and you see a warp portal thingy. It takes you to the mini level.
I seriously can't understand how people can hate this quest, truthfully. Tons of effort and creativity was put into it, so it's hard to believe this quest could recieve anything lower than a 4.
Tell that to people who rate quests at the AGN QDB...
Well, as you figured it out, people who hate me rate the quest badly. I know I was an overexcited jerk in the past, but can you really blame me after working so hard on the quest... :\
Anyways, usually when people hate the quest, they actually hate me. And I really hate that kind of crap. If we could rate members here, I wouldn't care at all if I had a 0-rating, or an asshole rating, but to hate my work (and it's not just my work) just because of me is lame and dumb.
As I've said, I accpet all kinds of negative feedback and I don't mind if people give low rating if they don't like the quest, but to give a really poor rating... I just can't believe anyone can honestly think so...

.. However, I THINK I know what you mean. ... But I'm definitely not sure. A screenshot would help. Just give me a screenshot of the room I should be looking at. Thank you very much for your patience Pete. I'm having a blast! ^_^
(I have roughly the same stats right now as Jish did, except much more health, and am constantly at 255 Zen.) ... And where can you find the Small Wallet?

That's the "southeast corner of B1" screen . Just go through the block puzzle and go where the arrow is pointing.
And if you have beaten the m/s Mariel already, you can buy both of the wallets from MegaMall.

Also, I found the alternate entrance to the Harbor (I think I went in the NW Megacity sewer entrance before, but never actually left to the Harbor) and I went back to the South, but I couldn't figure out how to get rid of the spikes blocking the aera with the little house.
Anyway, I'll just ignore that for now and go to the ship, I guess.

Thanks for the tips, Pete. ... Although I do remember going there, I remember getting stuck a lot as well. .. Well, thanks. I'll go get those wallets now.

And the spikes in south... you mean the southern overworld, right? You can melt the spikes away with Heat Beam, but you can get a Heat Beam from the ship so you cannot go into the house yet.
So yeah, you should go to the ship now...
EDIT: BH4... you bloody cheater!
