This is the part of the game where following signs are useful.

That cave, as you can tell, is clearly unbeatable at this current moment in time.

This cave is located at the heart of Moruge Flood-Plaines (originally known as Moruge swamp in Zelda 20). You need to head South to the town of Saria, and than East, North, and the back west through the lake until you reach Midoro Swamp.

If the directions are confusing to you, try referring to the Zelda 2 world map, as the maps are similar (considering this game is based off Zelda 2)

The following image most accurately demonstrates (but still only slightly) the Souls of Wisdom universe, and this game will cover most of these areas in one way or another. It's probably the best map to follow when you don't know which way to go. (Did that sound like Dora???)

Wait a second.... Night time?

That can't be right, not this soon. Clearly a bug, I'll have to send you another fix.

How did it become night time?

Well, the reason it became night time was because I explored this cave as soon as I reached Saria Town:

(I took the shot before the fix),

So, I was exploring this cave, saw there was no way out, exited, and saw it was night time...

Yep, didn't know it was a bug, good thing I reported it! :)

So, thanks for the new fix Cole! I'll tell ya if there is anything wrong with the quest if I find something...

Oh yes, this bug is caused by my own stupidity. lol

You aren't supposed to beat that cave in the day time because you don't have the necessary item, but so far into the cave, a warp is triggered that brings it to the night time cave. (as i was testing it in day time and was too lazy to warp there myself or save in the night time).

I'll fix that now.

Update: Hmmm, it appears that warp cannot be triggered without the hammer (or hand)... All the same, there is no stopping people from making that mistake once they do get the hand. I may have to make this a full cave for day time as well, because there is nothing stopping people from getting the hammer (or hand) and coming back, and thus running into the same glitch.

I still have no idea how you triggered the glitch, because you need to be able to pass the boulders to trigger the glitch.

I played around here trying to find a way to go left, don't remember if I died or hit f6 and continue, but yeah, if it helps, I came all the way here...

Okay, Midoro Palace is confusing! I have explored from what I believe all rooms (haven't found any walkthrough walls if there are any :-/ )

So, I have found 2 small keys, and used them both, BUT, both of them lead me to this room:

I have been taking note of the rooms I visit, but I can't seem to know where to go next... Are there any walkthough walls here by the way?

I need help because I am stuck, if I wasn't stuck, I wouldn't need help, but because I am stuck, I need help! (Dood pun  )

No really, I would like some help please.

Thanks man! I managed to complete the beta now! As I don't want to spoil anything, I'll just say interesting twist you put at the end of the beta! Cole, really nice story right now. So good that it actually has inspired me to remake a little my quest story (of course, I don't mean to copy you :P ). But yeah, change my story a little.

Can't wait for the next beta!

Random note. I've been playing Chrono Trigger again recently. When I got to the part where I had to name Robo, I simply couldn't stand the default name anymore, so this time I named him Dood. I really couldn't resist the urge.
