Since my computer broke down, I have been working on this from scratch. This is really going well; I'm going to add more detail in the cathedrael and at the cathedrael later.

Story
In the land of Maryia, there is peace and harmony. In the city of Porlana, there is a large Castle, that is believed to have once been owned by a lord named Paul. Those who are 15 and older can enter and explore those old ruins. You are Akeem, a 14-year old awaiting his birthday the next day, this is where his adventure begins....

You can't die. But the game looks like it could be fun. Nice retro graphics icon_smile.gif

That's not old-school, that's just smart.

Well, that is the story. Everything else you will find out in game, and I have a screenshot of Akeems House:

Heh, true.

So let me expand on my earlier statement. I still use 1.92, and my games always look it. My work tends to look more originally NES-ish, purposely. I just like it. Its easy enough to make newer looking graphics, but sometimes the old-school stuff is the best for the job.

I have a new screenshot, its the outside of Alice's House. BTW, alive is not that little boy in this screen, she is the blue-haired girl in Akeem's House.

Cool - is this instead of, or as well as, Ken's Adventure?

Just played it. Much better than the old one. I like the experience system and the characters. I was slightly confused how to get out of the first house but then I found out I had to press 'down' instead of 'up' like I'm used to. Was I supposed to get that chest up on the ledge in this demo? I dunno. I kept walking and fell into a bottomless pit and had to quit. Still eagerly waiting your next demo though! icon_wink.gif
