Ok, here's the thing. I want to see what other people think about my title screen, here it is.




what do you think? give me your ideas!(compliments, advice, insults, whatever!) They are key to wheather i change it or not.

Well I would suggest to put a scene from the game into the background. One of the screens you are really proud of and you think looks really good. Also I don't know if you should have the heart, sword, triforce like that. Maybe subsitute a letter for them. Like have the heart be an O, or the triforce be an A.

By the way, some of my midi's are screwed up and like play one annoying key all throughout the music. any one whats whats up with that?

Go under screen data now and check the "No Subscreen" box. That is a must for title screens.

You're using 2.10.0 correct? If so then that is the dreaded midi bug. In that version there is nothing you can do (as I've heard.) But you can get 2.10.2 where that bug is fixed.

I can tell it's a Classic Styled quest. For a Classic Styled quest, I like this title screen. You should keep this one with the background you had.

Would i have to copy my quest and put it into that, or will it just update my Zquest automatically?

Just open your quest into that version. I think that won't cause any problems. I didn't expirement with 2.10 a lot though so I'm not sure.

ok it doesnt really matter if something goes wrong because i already have copies of my quest incase my computer freezes

Nothing wrong's ever happened to me with 2.10.2, and that's the main version I use for non-2.11/2.5 quests. It'll crash if you try to open Misc. Colors, but I don't use that, anyway.

But yes, just simply copy the file into your 2.10.2 folder and open it.
