Ok i seen Zelda beta and it looks cool what you can do in it!
But i don't know if i should go into it yes or at all, i never made a quest yet.
Questions:
Can you use any tilest on it?
(If so, can i load a quest I already started from using 2.10.2?)
From what people said, its not rely safe to use, is that true?
Is it worth using?

In order:

1. Yes and yes.

2. It is not safe, it can delete your quest, make it unreadable, etc. etc.

3. In my eyes, yes.

I gess its good to make alot of back up copys then?

and also i read this on the beta forum

PureZC will probably not support quests and tilesets made with these betas. It's too difficult to keep up with all of these versions on the database, thus we will probably be waiting until the full version is released.

what do they mean by that??

1. Yes

2. What they mean is, because of the builds being released at the pace they are being released at, it is impossible for most people to be up-to-date all the time with the new builds. Also, there are some cases which have quests built with older builds being non-compatible with the newer ones, and vice versa.

Also, it means that even if you finish a quest in a 2.11 beta version, PureZC will not host the quest in the database.

I'm guessing you are talking about the subscreen. Well go into DMaps and change the one you are on in the appearance tab to use the specific subscreen you changed.

Yeah, the betas/builds have quite a few differences from 2.10. Didn't take much time for me to get used to it, because my computer hated 2.10 and below, so I started my life using the betas.

They used a special variant of b254 that has authorized by PureZC. Now, I'm not sure, but if you are intrested in submitting a beta quest, you could try PMing one of the admins to see if you could host a quest made with the same build.

Hey, if PureZC dosen't allow beta quests, why are there so many 1.82 betas in the database?

I asked this same question way back when I joined three months ago... 1.92 b182 and b183 (which are what you're talking about) are very stable, tame builds. The 2.11 builds, however, are nothing short of monsters. Granted, they're getting much better, but they're still nowhere near as stable as, say, 2.10.2 or 1.92 b183 are (FYI, these are widely regarded as the most stable versions).

You're going to have to keep waiting, then. Since work began some odd years ago on 2.5, it hasn't been completed. Nobody really knows when it'll be finished...
