Which one's better? I personally like both systems. Here's my review of the games.

DS Lite vs PSP

Racing Games: PSP. Although DS has Mario Kart and Diddy Kong Racing. Some people want great graphics for racing games. PSP is your handheld for racing games such as Need for Speed and GTA(even though it's truly not a racing game).

Action Games: DS. The DS has a wide wariety of action games, Mario, Yoshi's Island, Kirby, Castlevania and many more. PSP mostly has PS2 ports.

RPG Games: DS With Pokemon for children, Final Fantasy for older people, soon to be released Final Fantasy IV DS and Dragon Quest IX, and others along the way, DS wins this round. PSP has few RPG titles.

Sports Games: PSP You gotta admit Madden DS looks very chunky. PSP's graphics makes sports games fun on the PSP

1st Person Shooters: TIE THe only 1st Person shooter I can think is Metroid Prime Hunters.

Which system do you think is better?

In general? DS Lite ftw! (or just plain DS, for that matter)

PSP has too many extra features. It's pretty much a multi-media thing more than a video game system. I'm not saying that it's a bad thing, but that all those features makes it more expensive. I'm definitely not complaining about it, since now the DS has a web browser.

DS is just more interactive, and better, IMO. Sure, PSP has a control stick, but it has no touch screen. Plus, I am really tired of the X, O, triangle, and circle buttons.

So do you think PSP has pointless features?

DS Lite, because you can play online with the Wi-Fi Connection, and because of the download play. Besides, I think the PSP is way too expensive! icon_shrug.gif I agree with The Satellite when he says that the DS Lite is more interactive.

There is another 1st Person shooter for the DS, but it's a port: Goldeneye: Rogue Agent. The DS can do anything a PSP can (with the help of a simple plugin to the Game Boy Advance slot). I don't use my DS other than to play games (well, that's what the DS is made for, right?), so I don't need the extra gobbledygook the PSP has. Also, the game selection for the DS is better, IMO, and the portable uses a touch screen and stylus, allowing for more creative gameplay ideas.

I just HOPE that this topic wont go off in some war...
well anyway.
I saw both, because well:
DS is innovative and fun, has lots of good games
PSP has a lot of ported games, so if you dont have some consle, you can play it on your PSP. and it has some good games.

For a Sony system, the PSP is very mediocre. Of course, since this is the handheld market, Nintendo instantly has the better product. To get the best out of the DS, you must import however. For PSP, emulation. DS also has Square's support and a sick fighting game that could be considered a clone of Smash.

What a biased response. Ah well, Sony owning Nintendo is the past. Now it looks like the other way around. Think what you will.

Yeah. This is a post regarding which portable is more likely to win in a competition. Stating facts about each system will help greatly. Saying shallow opinions, however, doesn't. Let's say that certain sentences have value points. You have your positive and negative facts, which would yield their corresponding points, with values reflecting on how positive (or negative) a fact is. Bias would yield 0 points.

I'm not saying that it's a bad thing...

So no. They're not pointless, just too many of them that I probably wouldn't use, and all that makes it more expensive.

You've got to expect biased-ness.
