I don't think it's really Screenshot of the Week if there isn't just a little bit of arson, right?

Architect Abdiel: I think the premise of the scene is pretty interesting, although I feel like the NPC sprites clash with the style of GB and the palette chosen. From a structural perspective, have you considered making the iron fence just a single vertical line, connecting the stone walls on the top and bottom of the screen? If I were a prison builder, I'd save iron this way -- by relying on the pre-existing stone walls instead of building more iron fence along it.
Jambu: We can have brutal immolation, as a treat.
The concept of a gauntlet of fire-adjacent enemies is an interesting one. My suggestion might be to introduce another color (maybe ashy grey or black) to help contrast with all the red. This color might be better suited to the floor tiles, since fire weapons appearing on walkable space would contrast well against grey/black.
Matthew: Another attempt to remake Leyndell/Irithyll/Other Dark Souls City within ZC? 0/10!!

I had not. I was just thinking of the prison yards I had seen in movies before. xD
I've never been to prison you see, cause I'm a good boy.
I do like that suggestion though. I can definitely do that.

No one is trying to outdo another with graphical complexity. And that's OK, because simple is good!

It's as if you took that one screen from Link's Awakening in the town with all the bushes and turned it into a prison. The mature theme is a bit jarring, but the cleared dirt setting is appropriate.
Jambu
Hot hot hot! There's a lot of fire here. And a lot of contrast, which makes the scene difficult to decipher at a glance.
Matthew
Those angles on the houses. Simple yet sophisticated. You do more with less. Your shot is my vote this week.
