That is a cool script. So is this imported, and set up as an Item Action script on a wand item? I may not actually *use* this in my quest, since it wasn't originally planned, but I'll definitely play around with it

It's a function. Rename hitWithEWeap() to hitByEWeap().

There's two of them if IIRC. Check the Old ScriptDB.
