Yay, finally won a SotM! And just barely in time for SotY, although I'm not sure whether I have a chance in that one.

Radien's looks uber cool, but (no offense) its not too original... a lot of real Zelda games have some form of dragon...

That's exactly why I added one in, so I guess I can't argue with you there. But then, dragons of any sort are considered staples in fantasy games. Most people expect to see them. Mine just ended up being modelled after the lava dragon bosses, of which there are just two in the whole Zelda series. Come to think of it, the main Zelda series has never had a lava dragon boss battle in 2D overhead....

Anyway, thanks to those who voted.

There has been a overhead zelda game with a lava-dragon. In the second level of Minish Cap. Its a boss that you have to flip over its body and slash the bottom.

No, no, that's okay; Comix has a point... whether I said "main series" or not, I didn't know there was a lava dragon in Minish Cap. Although... it does kinda look more like a lava turtle (which is a wierd concept ). Did the game refer to it as a dragon?...

Also, did you just say that Minish Cap wasn't made by Nintendo? I didn't know that...

Anyway, thanks for point that out, Comix. I've hardly seen any of Minish Cap. I can't afford to buy games right now, and I'm not sure Minish Cap would appeal to me, anyway.

Minish Cap has some nifty cave walls. Someone should rip them sometime.

Minish Cap is a really good game if you are wanting a Zelda game. It is really easy to beat, but there is like 40 hours of extra stuff. I'm not joking. It rocks.

I am not completely sure Gleerock is a dragon, but seeing as the boddy flips over etc, It moves a lot like one.

That is actually quite typical for a Zelda game, you know.

What exactly does flipping over have to do with moving like a dragon?... Maybe it's because I haven't seen it, but that seems like a strange thing to say...
