I got really surprised when I went to gamefaqs and saw the Mario Kart Wii board...
I then went to Gamespot and started searching for games, Mario Kart seems pretty innovative, specially because of the Steering Wheel

I found E3 rather disappointing. Microsoft had mainly showed off Halo 3 while planning on milking it to death. Nintendo had Wiii Fit but that was mainly it. For Sony's I almost fell asleep. Home and a bunch of generic FPSs and War games. I could also say the same for the beginning of Nintendo's.

The beginning of Nintendo's was just boasting about the success of the Wii, and shoving it into Sony's and Microsoft's faces, against their earlier comment that the Wii is not meant to compete with their systems.
I didn't care much for any one company's conference. They were all underwhelming.

That can be read in a different way. To say that the Wii is not to compete with other systems may really mean that the Wii isn't to be developed in a way that is supposed to rival the other systems i.e. graphics, processors, etc. The Wii is a unique machine all its own.
EDIT: I'm spazzing out with my lackluster proofreading skills today.

I can honestly say that I'm not surprised with the disappointment of E3. Sony's still as bad as ever, I know that Microsoft is going to hype Halo 3 until it's completely dead, and Nintendo just hasn't impressed me much (aside from Brawl). So, it's just more of the same.

Am I the only one here who really hates Metroid, by the way?
