I can't say I was shocked about Happyman, he was nOOb...I mean mod, of almost all the forums anyway.

Active Mod = Good Mod ...to a certain extent, or at least what I've learned from personal experience.

Learning from your mistakes helps too.

Wow! Congrats to you both.

When I first started modding, Happyman was an annoying newbie. (j/k about annoying) Wow, thats quite the move from member to site staff!
