Because I'm a glutton for pain, I'm looking at having 5 or 6 separate 8x8 overworlds with big underworlds between them (somewhere on the order of 20-30 screens). This is in addition to the dungeons, mini-dungeons, passages, caves, etc. This is going to be, for me, a massive project. But given the story elements, it's necessary. Not knowing what happened or where to go is part of the plot. I still have 4 of the overworlds that I haven't even begun to draw, one that's complete, and one that's more than half complete. Since this is, by far, my least favorite part of quest design, it's going to take a little while to finish this one up.
