My laptop's power cord is broken and the replacement won't arrive for a few days, so unfortunately I can't open zquest and look around right now. I know there's a portion shop in Mourning Wood and Memory Lane, the latter of which isn't accessible until late game. There might be another shop or 2 that sells them but I can't honestly remember.

So after a lot of frayed wires sparking all over my fingers, I managed to get some charge in my laptop. It looks like the only 2 potions shops are the ones I mentioned: Mourning Wood and Memory Lane. Sorry that there aren't any other convenient locations. I'll be sure to make potions more accessible in the sequel.

But a general tip that can make getting to/from the potion shop(s) easier: Using the whistle and Farore's Wind can greatly increase how quickly you can travel across the world. Neither require magic or rupees, so use them as much and as frequently as you want

The red ring is found in the refrigerator cave in salt world. The gold ring is found in Nabisco, but I you really shouldn't attempt that dungeon until very late game. Nabisco can be entered by going to the very bottom right of salt world(by the casino) and super bombing the boulder on that screen. It is a completely optional area, but there are a few good items to be found there

I got everything I have so far after Level 4. L4 Sword.  I went to final boss but I lost.  So I need red ring, but you mention about gold ring.  So I guess I have go get it.  Say...why not use laser beam use magic gauge?

The red ring should be pretty easy to acquire if you're already at the final boss. You'll definitely want it before going after the gold ring though. As for why the laser doesn't use magic, the first release of I Am Bored didn't have any magic meter. Din's Fire and Nayru's Love both used rupees instead. I felt that was an odd system and changed it later so that those 2 items use magic instead.

I'm stuck in Level 3.

A little after Level 3 actually, but I think I used a key from the fridge in level 3, so now I need to find a key from level 3. I can't figure out how to get to the two screens on the top left of the dungeon. Any help? I'm thinking it has something to do with draining the water in one room, but I just can't figure out how if it is.

Hmmm... Are you sure it's the top-left 2 screens? I'm pretty sure that's where you get the boss key, so you definitely would have been there if you had beaten the level, although there is a normal key in that area as well, I suppose. To get there, though, you need to hookshot to the top-right torch in the very first room and use the ladder to get into a position to push the oddly colored block ,revealing a passageway. I'm not at my computer right now so I can't really look into it more at the moment.

For anyone that hasn't noticed: I recently unpassworded this quest which should be a big help if you get stuck. Feel free to post in this topic anyway if you don't want to look at the quest file itself.
