The Asus I have had experience with has had no overheatingm problems if that is any help. It's been fine.

It's my brothers. He says that he has no idea what model it is. We can check later. Sorry.

If you're still deciding, go for the Dell Jared. My dad has an ASUS and indeed, it has overheating problems, one day, his lap got the "blue screen of death" which was related to the inside being a bit dirty and possibly about the overheating. Anyway, from my point of view, Dell is much better than ASUS, but then again, it IS your decision.

Also, stick with Windows 7, since 8 hates ZC. Like Russ said, when editing shops or placing items, Zquest crashes.

Happy shopping!

I found this on newegg:

While I don't really know much about Acer, that's good specs for the price.

For now, I ordered a new processor and more RAM, with the help of my techy friend. We're going to put it together tomorrow. That'll keep me happy for awhile, until I decide to really get a new one! :)
