there really starting to PO me

Ok so i get a error every time i try to start either ZC or ZQ. the screen goes funky for like 5 seconds and then i get an error message.

THEN i got the ZC to work but i want to work ZQ.

ZQ is being STUPID i got it to work but it gets stuck on the encrypting thingy in the begining...

I need help...

which version are you using? Or is it any version?
When you loaded it before, and when it worked , was it a clean slate? (as in not something you worked with before)

I tried to open up a really, really old quest in ZQuest the other day, and it acted like it froze on opening after I inputted my password. I came back to it five minutes later, and it was working fine. It did what it needed to.

Are you in Fullscreen or Windowed? Which version of ZC are you using?

(Don't even think about not answering any of our questions here. We're trying to help.)

ok #1 it is on a new account on my compy so im guessing it related to that mostly.
#2 it is with ALL of the types of ZC.
#3I am using windowed (small) version of ZC

Im on the admin account now but its being retarted and i need a password.

UMMMMM... the account that im trying to get it working on is the one im not on

Vista... You have to run ZC in administrator mode.

so iin order to do ZC you have to be an admin?...
i use Xp though...

And you are using ZCL, right? What are the exact ZCL Settings you start with, if any?

whats ZCL i use ZC/ZQ...

Go to www.shardstorm.com and download the latest Beta, and use that. Included in the zip file is a "ZC-Launcher.exe" Open it up with that. Use all of the various functions.


Does your computer have a Graphics Card? Laptop or Desktop? How old is it?

graphics card is a Nvidia... cant remember what what number. umm it is a desk top... and it is a 2000 upgraded to a XP

But did you try ZCL yet? I'm surprised you ignored that part of my post. Going upward should be a priority if it's really not working.

sorry its so small but i dont have alot of time on my hands

btw what is the ZQ that allows scripting... id like a link to it if its special.
